My carpet's are 25 years old and I have pets. I have been using Zerorez for at least 15 of those 25 years. With the previous carpet cleaning company, it left my carpet crusty with a heavy feeling of film when I walked on the carpet. I just thought my family was just a bunch of dirty footed people because the stains that I thought we got rid of was quick to surface in a matter of 2 weeks. Plus I have two dogs and my daughter brings her dog over to visit. It becomes competition on making this their home.
I heard of Zerorez on the radio and thought to give them a try. I paid a little bit more, but what a BIG difference. After a couple of cleanings to get rid of all the soap residue from the other carpet cleaning company, my carpet is not crusty and it stays cleaner longer. Any stains I get are not the same ones from the last cleaning, they are new. I get my trusty Zerorez cleaning solution they sold me and spot clean until my next scheduled full carpet cleaning.
I have been working on remodeling our home and as our budget allows, I do plan on getting new carpet; as we just finished having half of the house done with wood laminate. We still want carpet on the other half. I will never have our new carpets cleaned by anyone else. We are sold on Zerorez. Proof is in the results.
