Your technician ( Tyrone Johnson) was Great. He called ahead, arrived on time, was very pleasant with us and the Barking dog, and did a thorough and efficient job. I purchased a jug of your cleaning water also from Tyrone. I have used zerorez before and will again. I always recommend Zerorez to others. Happy thanksgiving!!
The technician was courteous, personable, and worked efficiently. However, the fabric on our coucnes did not respond well to the cleaning. The tracks of the cleaning tool remain visible and discolored even after drying. Basically, the couches will have to be re-upholstered to be presentable
