Carpets came out great. Getting ahold of someone at your company is horrible, however. Everytime I called to talk to someone about the time I was placed on hold for over 15 mins. Very frustrating when you are trying to return someone’s call.
I waited about a week to review because as you may well know that sometimes the devil is in the details and and often shows up way after the fact. In several experiences with other carpet cleaning companies, after services, we found the carpet to be crunchy feeling. We knew our carpet was full of residue! As early as a week later, we would start to see spots reappear. Even spots that weren’t there before! But not with Zerorez! No crunchy carpets! We had a party days later and with all the traffic, it still looks great! No reappearing spots! We plan to use Zerorez from now on! Thanks!
No crazy chemicals
Zerorez did a fantastic job. Our rug is now the same as if we just purchased it. The tech was very professional and courteous. Would recommend them to all my friends.

The workers cared about a job well done. They were slow and methodical. They showed me and asked for my opinion. The carpet was noticibly cleaner. They did an outstanding job. Un like other companies who are in and out in 30 minutes. They worked the carpet for an hour and a half. I was impressed. They gained a customer.
I have used Zerorez twice now and have been incredibly pleased both times. From the little details like shoe protectors and a drip pan to place under the van, to the big things like showing up on time and doing what has been promised. Both techs have been friendly and efficient but thorough. I will absolutely use Zerorez again.
