My sofa and recliner are really clean now. He was done in no time and it didn't take long for them to dry. There was no chemical smell and my furniture feels great. My dog is back up on the sofa so I'll be in touch!

I was quoted one price over the phone, then the person doing the work gave me a much higher quote when he arrived. I have used you guys before and this was not case.
The technician cleaned the floors and grout but, it was no where near as clean as when the floors and grout were done at my old house.
I'm not saying it was a terrible experience however, my expectation was not met.
Hayden and Chase were great!
They arrived on time and did a great job on the carpets.
I love the 3 room special every summer.
My only complaint is that Hayden and Chase would not accept a cash tip from me.

I was really impressed with the technician. He took the time to explain all my options and the cost for each option. He also explained what he was doing and the results I could expect from it. He talked to me about the water that could be purchase. I was skeptical so he let me try a sample. I was sold. My windows have never been easier to wash. No streaks. It is amazing. I spent the next couple of hours cleaning mirrors, chrome, etc. I also had a spot on my patio furniture. I have tried everything to get it out. I had given up. I sprayed some of your water on the spot, let it soak for a few minutes, wiped it up with a rag and it’s gone. I would absolutely recommend Zerorez and your water.

I've not even considered another carpet cleaning service since I first had Zerorez many years ago. Clean carpets do not have to be stiff and uncomfortable to walk on barefooted. And your service men are prompt, efficient and pleasant.
