some areas of my grout look dark like they are wet or oily.Areas that were fine before the tile was cleaned .I feel it was a wast of money having them done.

I had a great experience with the operator, he was very respectful and accomodating (I'm on crutches). The carpet (at church) that I had cleaned looks very nice. The only issue I had was that I didn't receive the invoice (to my email). I need that to request reimbursement for the cleaning.

I think this is the fourth time we have used Zerorez to clean our carpets over a six year period. You can't beat the fall/holiday specials...such great prices for a lot of rooms. We really like the fact that they use no chemicals and it is pet friendly. Every person we have had has been friendly, efficient, and very helpful. Even the toughest stains so far have been removed. Zerorez will always be the carpet cleaner company hire to clean our carpets. Just great all around service.

Your service people are always friendly and arrive on time. My house was protected from the hoses and cleaned up before the tech left.
The only thing i didn't like is my carpets are course now since they have been cleaned. they were much softer previously. I'm hoping that changes after I vacuum a few times. I know that just happens when carpets get shampooed. I was hoping that using just water would not do that.

Chris Wilde was my tech. He was very polite, explained what he was going to do and was very thorough. Your product did a beautiful job on my rug and my slate . All looked like new. Am planning to have your service again on two more rooms after the holidays.

The employee wasn’t sure if a stain would come out so he offered to attempt before charging us. We ended up going along and he got it out and it looks great!

Stains left. Stairs still wet 36 hours later. The quick drying time was one of the main reasons to employ zerorez.

Great service and great employees
The tech did a great job overall. Halfway thru he suggested the topical sealant for both the carpet areas and the tile. After giving me a price I agreed to it and he went on with his work. The tech started packing away some of his equipment not realizing he had forgotten to do one of the carpeted areas. I asked about it and he felt bad that he had forgotten to do that second room. He said because of that he would not charge for the sealant for the carpet and grout. It turns out I was charged for it in the end any way. My only complaint is if someone promises something then they should follow thru and not charge for it anyhow.
I would like to give Steve a 10.

The results are spectacular.
Courteous, knowledgeable and the carpets looked better then when I had them cleaned by another carpet cleaning company, just one month prior. It was kind of pricy for the pet odor treatment, but so far the smell is gone and we are thrilled with the outcome.

Professional installer, new his job, polite, and cleaning with netzero made carpets look like new.
I paid over $400 for 1 rug and 1 short hallway to get the pet smell out. It did not work. The smell is identical to what it was before zerorez and the dogs moved out before zerorez.
