Jeff has been cleaning my carpets for a few years, I like his attitude, helpful ideas and professionalism. We are just very comfortable knowing he is taking care of our carpets! And the carpets dry well, we don't seem to have residue to attract more dirt.
The cleaning process did not produce the results. Two attempts, no improvement. Proposed cost was $147; I was charged over $200. I called your office and explained the situation and was told no refund; instead I could have a $50 credit. Unacceptable. Regards, Name removed.

Technicians are polite and take care to not damage woodwork while cleaning. Once I set an appt, Zerorez contacts me the day before to confirm the time and on the day of the appt to let me know when the technician will arrive. The alkaline water cleaning process is odorless snd leaves carpet and area rugs looking like new. Even the stairs look great again. The house smells fresh but not perfumed. Rugs dry quickly. I have used Zerorez annually for many years and recommend your service to friends.

He said it would take two to four hours for it to dry. By nine oclock,it was still wet and sort of slushy. The best part was the big! dirty spot .It came out really good. I was just upset because we had to walk on wet carpet to get to bed!
