Love the service, Technicians were great, but the price is too high.

We had our carpets and two recliners cleaned on 11/13/2018. The employees arrived
on time and checked out the items. Todd and Amber proceeded to bring their
equipment in and went right to work. They were very careful and did an excellent job.
We are very satisfied with the results and would have Zerorez perform our next cleaning.

You do an excellent job, but you are so expensive. I would only recommend to my rich friends, and I don't have many of those.

I was tolf the tech would measure the square footage and possibly adjust the price...didnt do it....

I like that the rugs are soft when they dry. The service people were friendly, professional and courteous. Unfortunately your product does not clean stains as well as other carpet services.

I had 18 years of staining on my grout. Looks great! They took steps to make sure my property was not damaged in the process around corners. Gentleman that came out was very nice!

Great customer service; I don't feel like I am being pressured to add services; The techs that have worked in my home are willing to add and adjust services/pricing based on my needs; The products leave no residue and dry quickly.

As a returning customer, Zeroez never disappoints me. We own four Shepards so my carpets are worn more than the average household but my 11 year old carpets always "spring back to life" after their twice a year cleanings. We enjoy the final results.... the almost brand new feeling of new carpet- except its better than brand new because there is never a mucky feeling from chemicals or smell after Zeroez is done. This company always sends professional and courteous technicians and consistently provide excellent results. I am forever a Zeroez customer.
