Not the cheapest, but the best with the ZEROREZ 3-step process:

1) Spray pre-treatment on carpet

2) Use a mechanical agitator to work the pre-treatment into the carpet fibers

3) ZEROREZ hot water extraction to remove dirt from carpet

For years I have always gone with the cheapest carpet cleaning I could find. Other companies save you money in two important ways.

Other companies will quote me a lowball price, then charge extra for the pre-treatment once they got to my house. They would demonstrate cleaning a dirty 2' X 2' piece of carpet with pre-treatment to prove the pre-treatment got the carpet cleaner. I would then have to pay to have the whole house pre-treated the match the 2' X 2' section.

Another way companies save you money is by leaving out crucial step #2. When you leave out step #2, the pre-treatment is only on the surface, so the carpet does not get as clean.

I have learned my lesson. You get what you pay for. To get the cleanest carpet, get ZEROREZ.

You keep my carpets clean

The carpets don’t look any cleaner. There’s a large stain the guy told my husband “ I tried”. 271.00 for 2 small rooms. We paid extra for extra protection but man almost 300 for 2 small rooms and the carpets don’t even look that clean. I could have done a better job renting a machine and doing it my self. The customer service has been good but not happy with the carpets.

Tech was amazing!! Straightest lines throughout, he definitely took his job seriously and did an excellent job! Main concern was cat urine.

Worked hard

EVEN THOUGH I WAS INFORMED AHEAD OF TIME THAT THE POOP STAIN MAY COME BACK AFTER DRYING. I WAS STILL VERY DISAPPOINTED THAT IT DIDNT COME OUT.

BUT WHAT DISAPPOINTED ME MOST WAS I WAS QUOTED 43$ FOR THE CLEANING BUT WASNT INFORMED OF A 25$ SERVICE FEE.
I AM ON A STRICT WIDOWS BUDGET. IT MAY NOT BE A LOT TO EVERYONE ELSE BUT TO ME ITS A LOT OF $
