While it’s a little on the expensive side, I am so pleased with the way my tile, upholstery and rugs look and smell. our tech was also a joy to work with.

The technician was great, very friendly and helpful. However, I was upsold on a treatment that didn’t work. I called customer service and after going back and forth for a few while instead of refunding my money they agreed to redo the service free of charge. The technician is coming back today and I really hope it works this time because that was the only reason I selected this company.

Happy with the cleaning but was charged for four rooms plus the service fee. What I had cleaned was the traffic area of 2 regular sized rooms - one of them was cleaning around an 8x10 rug and a king sized bed and other furniture. The other area was around a large dining table and a third was a small area between living room and kitchen done. Again, not under any furniture.

The original commitment to do my carpet cleaning this past Saturday afternoon, May 10th, after being cancelled by Zerorez because of some Zerorez tech auto accident, was actually completed as promised later on Saturday afternoon. I was not left "high and dry" as that
expression goes. thanks for Cathy, a supervisor, for seeing that I was assigned a more experienced tech to get the job done.

In and out with no mess.

Very wet rug took couple days to dry.
Lighter lines in rug where water vacuum nozzle was placed to start vacuuming.
I should have had tech do more sweeps with vacuum nozzle.
Carpet is definitely cleaner and looks better. Plan to have your company clean carpet again.

Service was great! However, we scheduled for the 8-10 window and the technician didn't show up until after 12:30. Which is frustrating when you plan your day around the appointment. Once he was there he did a great job, though.

I think my carpet has never been cleaned better than with your service. And we have tried them all.

Tell people about the service charge up front. That was an additional $25 surprise

Tech was unsure of prices and ended up charging more than what was originally stated. Ideally the workers would know the price of the services and quote the proper amount without having to check. I mean, do these prices change often? Seems like it would be pretty simple to memorize them.

Clean, friendly and did a fabulous job with couches. Would definitely recommend them to friends, family, and neighbors.
