What do you like about our products and services?

The Zerorez man arrived on time and promptly got to cleaning our 2 floors of carpeted areas and 2 flights of stairs. He was very professional and personable. He went over the invoice first and walked through all the places that we wanted cleaned. We can't remember his name even though he told us but please thank him. He was great.

I knew what to expect from the video I watched online ahead of time. Everything was explained and confirmed by me before beginning the cleaning process. All costs transparent and no pressure. Efficient, no contact payment. Finally, Nathaniel was respectful and did great work. Thank you!

I love the customer service of the individual who cleaned my carpets. He was very prompt was here when he said he was going to be. He wanted to make sure that he cleaned what I wanted done and asked very good questions and did a great job explaining on the cleaning products work.

He was very gracious and careful with his equipment and in wearing his mask and shoe covers.

I would recommend Zerorez to my friends anytime. I hope all of your service people are as Mr.Love.

The detail and knowledge the employee used when coming to my house. He took the time to pull up a corner of the carpet to make sure a stain didn’t go through to the pad. He knew his stuff and seemed to love his job.

My carpets are 20 years old and I was trying to decide if they could look good for a few more years. They were dirty and stained. Zerorez came to the rescue. They totally cleaned and removed stains and I am completely satisfied.
