I have had only zerorez since their early beginnings. It is an amazing natural cleaning without chemicals. The service personal take pride and are happy in their work of this cleaning method.
I called to schedule an appointment because of recommendations I'd received since we are from Ohio and would be in for the week after Christmas. Previously I owned a carpet and furniture cleaning business in Ohio and I knew word of mouth was the best advertisement. I observed their explanation of what they were going to do and watched them do the job. After they were done I explained to them that I previously had a business and I was very impressed with their presentation and how they cleaned. Their wet and dry strokes and their pretreating traffic areas. The technician was training a new person and he was excellent in his training procedure. I also asked to look at their vehicle as we were using a Butler Direct Drive when I left the business. We had previously started with Hydra Master also. Both were very good machines. So yes, I would definitely recommend your services in the future.
