The Zerorez crew picked up a very stained dining room carpet that had not been cleaned for many years. Based upon what the previous rug cleaning company told me, I was not expecting much. The crew returned a rug that looked like new - all the stains were gone - even those that the previous cleaning company could not remove. I highly recommend Zerorez and will not use any other company. I will also not wait so long to get it cleaned!
