The service is fast, friendly, and flexible. They take the time to contact the rep that would come and do your requested cleaning service, while you are one the phone with them, so they can give you an accurate date and time that fits your needs. The cleaning was thorough, and of high quality. They got rid of the weird smell that we could smell when we came home from wherever we were, and we quit having a daily, morning sneezing fit, from the next day forward. I have used their service before, and they are still the best!

The technician was very thorough and did a great job and easily to pay and set up appointments.

Scheduling was ridiculously eas. Josh was great. Called when he was on his way. Came at the beginning of our time window. We were a little bummed that one red paint stain didn't come out completely, but we won't hold that against him. :)

I called in a panic as my movers made a mess with my off-white carpet and new owners were showing up next afternoon. You were so helpful and sent your guy out the very next early morning. Carpet looked new and I was so appreciative. New owners never knew!

You responded to my request for a service tech to come out to fix the vent that was constantly opening with inadequate duct tape. You got a service tech out the day after I called and he was in and put a plate with screws so the flap on the vent wouldn't open anymore! He was in and out of my house in less than 10 minutes! Fabulous customer service. You guys are doing all the right things for the customer! I will continue to use your services as the need arises.

I had ZEROREZ come clean my carpets a couple of weeks ago and they looked great. It had been a long, long time since we had had them professionally cleaned (last time was also by ZEROREZ) so it was time. Stains from the kid's rooms, who are now grown adults, were removed like magic. After the carpets dried, I had noticed a couple of stains that remained.

Because ZEROREZ has a 30-day guarantee meaning they will come back out if you are not satisfied. They came back out to try a couple more spots-red wine and coffee-the 2 worst stains to remove. The second treatment did it and got almost all of the wine stain out.

Chase was very friendly and professional. He wore his mask and shoe covers whenever in the house. He answered my questions and was honest regarding the wine and coffee stains and why they are such stubborn stains.
