The 2 people that arrived and cleaned my carpets did an excellent job! They were both courteous and professional. I showed them the areas that I wanted cleaned. The pointed out a few things and made reasonable recommendations and explained those recommendations very well so I understood and agreed that it was best for my carpets. They performed the work without issue. When they completed the work, they went over everything with me. They explained the charges thoroughly. They cleaned up. I thanked them and they were on their way.

My name is Patti, and I live in Brooklyn Center. I have used Zerorez in the past, unfortunately not for a long while, and my carpets told this tale very well. Keith came in and immediately took over the situation. Explaining what he was doing, answering my questions, and quickly cleaned my so dirty carpets. He said 45 minutes (which I thought was an exaggeration) but one hour later he was gone, and I was so pleased with what was accomplished in that short time. We talked for a short while, and learned so much about Zerorez and why he does what he does and is so proud to work for this company. I could not be happier with the outcome of his work, and meeting this fine man. Thank you Keith and Zerorez.

Carpet safe for pets

Staff was very courteous respectful of our house I gave a detailed information on their products and moved our furniture and put little Styrofoam things under the legs for a while it was drying. Offered us other products on an additional protection But without uncomfortable pressure.

We had two area rugs cleaned through ZeroRez and the rugs came back beautiful and in great condition.
We had several pieces of upholstery cleaned as well. Again, the technicians who came to our house were wonderful, provided great service, gave us great tips, and answered our questions.

We discovered that ZeroRez also has a carpet sale and install department. We were looking for carpet runner for our hardwood stairs and the process was so easy. A representative visited our home with samples and instal information. He measured the space, we chose a carpet we liked, he gave us an estimate, and the runner waa installed within two weeks.

ZeroRez has great customer service, communication, and follow up. We are bith pleased and impressed. I highly recommend them!

Friendly staff and excellent job of cleaning.

I only used your dryer duct cleaning service and they were very kind and professional. It only took about 10 minutes, so I'm hoping they got all the build up in that short amount of time. The Employees were very nice, efficient and professional.
I did forget to ask them about my larger throw rugs (3), what they would cost to clean combined with my stairs. I have no rooms that need cleaning at this time. Was hoping to get a deal on my rugs & stairs. If you ever have any spring deals coming up, please let me know. I'd really like to get them cleaned. Thank you for the duct cleaning!! Liz Bart

Fast, effective and friendly

The staff who came to clean the ducts were courteous and respectful. Being that there was snow outside, they politely took off their shoes to not trample snow and dirt into the home. The ducts were cleaned promptly without any delays.
