The technician sent out was great. He worked very hard to get rid of alot of out concerns and took the time to clean out carpet. he was very professional and social. We had a great time and he was even very nice to my children and they had a great experience. Highly recommended and we left a 50 dollar tip. very happy with service by the tech on site. I will admit im really bad with names and forgot but i believe his name was Perez.

I was most pleased with our technician Alex! He was very cordial when we met and willing to answer questions before the cleaning! We discussed products explaining that the one I was using was not the best for the carpeting. I will be ordering the one from Amazon! He explained the process he was using for treating the urine problem from our new puppy! I was most pleased with the end product! I will request Alex as my technician the next time I use Zerorez!
