I have always been very happy with the cleaning services of Zerorez. They have cleaned my carpets numerous times and now have cleaned my sofa and chair. Connor, the upholstery technician was friendly and courteous. He did a great job and completed the work quickly. I have scheduled a duct cleaning with Zerorez and I am sure they will do a great job with that as well.

I really liked the service person who cleaned my carpets. I think his name was Harvey. He did a very thorough job . Asked if I had any concerns before he started and when he finished had tips for me to follow in the drying process and also told me approximately how long it would take to completely dry. He did a great job!

I have to admit, I wasn't happy with Allen. When I called in to inform the company of that, I didn't want a refund, I wasn't going to blast it all over social media like people do, I just didn't think it was good that someone like that was representing the name. I also was never going to hire Zerorez again. Not a loss to the company, or me. I've only used you one other time before and you were great. However then they sent Daryl out to fix things and now this is the employee that you want working for you. He's courteous, smart about his trade, and even if he was lying about caring about our small townhouse project and issues, you'd never know it. He fixed 100% of the issues and I was left perfectly happy. So much so we plan to hire HIM back to do our home in a few weeks before we sell it. I think the stains came out better but I know the cat urine smell is almost 100% gone now, and that was the goal. As a small business owner, having great staff is the name of the game and in the end, even if you have a not so good product, it's the staff that can make or break the deal.
