Dylan and Juan were very professional and explained the process before starting. I must say, after they cleaned my air ducts in my townhome, the air feels so much cleaner! He wore shoe covers throughout the entire cleaning of my carpets. He protected my home while maneuvering his cleaning equipment. My carpet looks really good even though they are almost 8 years old.
