I am at the unfortunate crossroad of having white carpeting and 12 grandchildren--not that I picked that carpeting, instead having "bought into" it! It's my second year in my townhouse, and Zerorez has rode into town twice on a white horse and cleaned things up for me, and they've done a great job of telling my carpet dirt "to get outa Dodge!" But enough of this "cowboy western" analogy, I reckon. I go back to Zerorez because they're the best carpet cleaner in Dodge--er, the Twin Cities--and do great work, even on the toughest stains and, yes, even in white carpets. Their workers are unfailingly courteous and knowledgeable and do a great job of answering questions and explaining what they are going to do. They've earned and deserve my business!

Overall very good, a little disappointed that some stains were not able to be removed.

We were really have with the cleaning. We had some stains that weren't able to be removed completely. They look better than before (less noticeable), but are still there.
