I liked the hallway special they were running with the 5 room special. That made me buy the package.

But they called about 3-4 times ahead of my designated time frame asking if they could come earlier.

I wish they had just stuck with the initial time frame of 2pm-5pm. They even came at 1:30pm.

If you say you're coming at 2pm, be there at 2pm.

Alex, the gentleman who came to our house did a great job! He was prompt, professional, kind, honest, personable and a hard worker. First, he went over the cost with us and asked if we had any concerns or problem spots regarding the carpet. When he was finished, he pointed out the spot that still looked a bit worn.
