I typically do not respond to surveys from vendors but in this case I feel I must. I don't know the names of the employees who were at my home yesterday to clean our air ducts. They introduced themselves but as usual, I did not pay close attention.
I have never met two nicer young men. I was totally comfortable with them and they graciously accepted my interruptions with questions and gave me all the answers I need for future appointments.
I have been using you for 30 years. My service person Gustavo's (not sure spelling) work was impeccable! My carpets had not been cleaned since before Covid pandemic. They look new again!
