The first techician that was sent out refused to move our sectional even though we had place sliders underneath it and I could move it myself at age 74. This has never been an issue before. Zerorez did send out another technician (Justin) who had no problem with the sofa loveseat and did a terrific job on the carpets and stairs.

They call ahead, about 20 min, before coming. Always explain charges thoroughly. Excellent cleaning. No icky chemicals for cats and kids. Always smells clean. Always tidy and super noce.
