I have used Zerorez for years now at my apartment complex. The end results are always fantastic and I have a very clean carpet afterwards. I also have had wonderful technicians whom make sure the job they do is top tier.
I was especially impressed by my latest technician Tommy whom did my carpet this time. Tommy was absolutely amazing and he definitely made sure that my carpet was cleaned 100%. Tommy was very meticulous with his work, and worked on areas that weren't ever cleaned before.
He made sure that the job that he performed was as good as it possibly could be. He definitely stands out as an exemplary technician that came to do my carpet this time. I truly appreciate that Zerorez has technicians such as Tommy, and hope that they will understand how great of a technician he is!

Excellent customer service with technician

Safer chemicals. I try to stay away from the harsher stuff. No lingering perfumes.
My place was empty of furniture or other personal items. I thought the hall was included in the price but he said no so he added it. It took less than an hour. I feel better moving into a place with clean carpet.
