Setting the appointment was easy and quick. Knowledgeable, friendly staff. We were reminded by email prior to the appointment and contacted the morning of by the technician so we knew the actual time frame of his arrival. Very professional and courteous. He arrived on time, discussed the job and went right to work. Very thorough and polite. Job was completed quickly and very much to our liking. Our carpets look wonderful and we are very pleased with the service.

Not only did he expertly handle the difficult task of cleaning and disinfecting a carpet marred by pet accidents, but he also rejuvenated our furniture and our bathroom shower tiles and floors to look like new. Nathan is a true professional—knowledgeable, punctual, and personable. He set clear expectations and then exceeded them. I was especially impressed by his attention to detail and his superb communication skills. I’ll be recommending Nathan to my real estate clients and look forward to having him back for future services.

I have been using your products for about 15 years and find them exceptionally good.

Two workers came to my home promptly in the morning and quickly went about their business. They worked diligently, carefully, and very hard and quickly finished their job. I am happy to say they did a very thorough job and we are pleased.
