This is the second time we had Zerorez come to our house to clean our carpets. They are very professional and the end result speaks for it's self! Our cream colored carpets look great again, and will recommend Zerorez to everybody! :D

I loved the idea of using water vs chemicals/soaps which was my main incentive to try Zerorez. However, the process itself was very unobtrusive - the technician did a great job with the overall set-up and the noise factor was relatively minimal. Also, my carpeting was grundgy and the technician said he would do his best. Neither one of us were expecting showroom quality. However, basement family room + 4 kids + their friends + 15 years of only vacumming + Zerorez = truly incredible results! Even my skeptical husband was amazed. This could very well be the best money I have spent towards the overall immediate improvement, no enjoyment, of our living space.

I really loved how your employee Rob Sotanski took his time to clean out not only the carpet stains but he was ver diligent not to put new ones in. He wore booties to protect my home and put up a door shield to not waste so much of my heating. His customer service is GREAT and knowing the fact that your products are green won't harm my young children really makes me more comfortable with commercial carpet cleaning. I would definitely use you guys again and as a matter of fact have already referred 2 friends. :) THANK YOU!
