I have used your service a few times over the last few years and every time I am impressed! The fact there is not a lot of residue or water in the carpet is a great thing. Your technicians are prompt, even early sometimes, and work fast and efficiently. Each of the small areas I have had stains they say they may not get up but somehow they come right out.

This is the second time I have used Zerorez , have suggested to others to use them. I liked the young man who did the job, very pleasant, had us check the carpet to see if it was acceptable before he put the machine away, there was very little smell when done. Will use this company in the future.
