Service appointment was quick. Service was top notch and was well prepared with extra long hoses. Technician was friendly, knowledgeable and on time. Carpets look great for 30 year carpet!

The cleaning process was quick and all stains were removed. I wish they used a different scent with there solution. We didn’t like the citrus smell. I have used them before and will again in the future.

The clean air they use made my home smell so fresh, no harsh chemicals.

With a baby coming soon , I am so glad I called. Tomorrow is carpet cleaning.

I have to say I was very hesitant to make an appt with Zerorez just cause the prices have always seemed high. Anyway, fast forward to the day of our appt. Sorry I don't remember the technician's name but he was very professional, friendly, kind and took the time to explain everything to the hubby. He did a great job with our carpets and cant wait to book our next appt.

I am very happy with the service I received. Raphael was very clear in communicating the process and outcome. He was very courteous in taking every precaution to care for my home while performing the cleaning process. There was no sales pressure, which I appreciated. I will definitely recommend Zerorez to anyone looking for a carpet cleaning.

I was very pleased with everything, from making appointment, Kieran, the carpet cleaner,to the finished clean carpeting. Kieran called prior to arriving for 10:00 appointment, was friendly, and worked hard to get the job done. Overall, a great experience. Will definitely recommend Zerorez!
