The technicians that came to the house were extrememly polite, helpful, careful and nice. Really amazing to see such committed professional young adults.

The job that was done

Very prompt, went over everything before he started the cleaning and explained what he would do for the stains and then once he was done he walked through everything with me. Showed where he got the stains up and explained the break down of the bill. Very friendly

Have had Zerorez twice in our house, and both times, even with heavy dirt, have done a good job.

I thought they did a really great job on my carpets! The tech was very friendly and professional!

The gentlemen that did my carpets did them fairly fast , The last time I had them done after they had cleaned them, the other person with him raked the carpets and this time it was one person and he did not go that.

Everything was great! Tech did a great job. Only thing i can complain about is your advertised price is actually not the price. Your company hides the residential fee of $25.00. So in reality $119.00 special is actually $144.00, That should be included with the advertised price
