The professionalism of the employees. I was especially impressed with Daryl who cleaned my carpeting yesterday. He was very nice and explained what he was going to do and then did it. He called 10 minutes before he was to arrive and worked very efficiently. He turned on all my fans to help with drying. I hope I can request him for future cleanings!!!

I have been a satisfied customer for several years....I've had Zerorez clean my carpets 4 times, and I've never been disappointed. The service technicians always give me good advice and listen to my concerns. The only thing I would say is that I've been charged 4 different base prices for 4 cleanings, and I always have the same rooms cleaned. I understand paying more for additional services, but the base price has been very inconsistent.
