I appreciate the call the day before service giving me the "window" of time that the technician would be here. I appreciate the call from the road from the technician telling me how close to arriving he was. Alex arrived on time. He was super polite and respectful. He explained everything he was going to do and followed that up afterward with another explanation of how things went for him and extra spot treatments he felt were necessary. I had two rooms with very old carpeting that probably had NEVER been cleaned. Alex got them looking AMAZING! Alex was quick, thorough and efficient. Thank you!

Jerry was fast and did an excellent job on our carpet. He did a good job of getting most of the water out of it and it was all dry by the next morning. He did a much better job than was done 2 years ago.

The person who came out had great communication and was very flexible with adding on a rug at the last moment. When I scheduled online I had forgotten to add a discount code and wanted to also add more and they were very helpful.
