The technician arrived in the window. Was done promptly in about 1 hr (total from arrival to departure) Was clear about follow up instructions. Was easy to schedule and had no problem having it done on the day I wanted.

4. The scent of the spot cleaning and soap was very pleasant. I do not feel any residue on the carpet after being dry.
