The technicians that came to the house were great, super friendly, and very informative! They were very respectful and explained the costs to us in depth, and told us about the extra protective coating that they could put on the carpets, and for the extra price, we thought it was well worth it. We also loved the fact that since we were spending a decent amount of money to clean a whole 2-story house (just bought the house so it was empty), they discounted us on a few items, especially since we added in the protective coating.

Everything,from the person setting up the appointment to the final product. I was so impressed with the customer service, results of the cleaning, and the professionalism of the gentlemen doing the cleaning. I took a picture of my carpet halfway thru cleaning, there was a visible line of difference of what was cleaned and not cleaned. We had a difficult dog stain which they spent a lot of time on, and I'm pleased with the results. Our carpet is 12 years old, and thought we would have to replace soon. They got out the traffic stains, and now a week later, the stains have NOT reappeared. The carpet is fluffy feeling again. Thank you Zerorez.

Technician Nick Pryor did a great job cleaning our carpets. He was professional and friendly. He arrived when he said he would. We were especially pleased with how clean the stairs looked. We have often been disappointed with the results when other companies have cleaned the stairs.
