Daylon, the service technician, came to my home on 8/26/2013. He cleaned my carpet in my living room, dining area, sunroom and hallway, and also cleaned my upholstery on my sofa, chair and ottoman. He recommended the Maxim Carpet Protector treatment for my carpet and the Scotchgord treatment for my upholstery. I decided to have him apply both. I have cream colored carpet and my cat occasionally will spit up hairballs, which had left some stains after I had cleaned them. Daylon recommended after having the Maxim applied, I should only use water to clean up the cat's hairballs or other types of spills and then blot the carpet dry with a towel. I have tested this, since my cat did spit up after my carpet was cleaned and after following Daylon's recommendations, I have no stains! Daylon was very courteous and professional. I am very satisfied with my experience with Zerorez and will recommend them to my friends and family!
