Perez was prompt, polite, respectful and earnest. He wore clean crocs in house and placed a long rug on the floor to support his equipment and safeguard my new vinyl floor. Perez was well trained and experienced in testing the couch material for bleeding, burning and other potential concerns. He discussed the task at hand and reviewed the risks and likely outcome of his service in detail prior to accepting my green light to go forward. I had the option to cancel at no cost or accept the risk of moving forward, given the particulars and material of my couch set. We moved forward and Perez applied his personal elbow grease three times over on those areas in need of extra attention - and all the while delivering his very own TLC. I believe my couch got the full treatment - or as we say in England, the full monty. Perez was able to remove the long standing oil stains from our beloved dog who would get so excited at dinner time, she would swipe her snout on the corner of our couch. Years of dust and grime ... an hour later .. our blue microfiber couch is back and better than ever. A huge improvement. Thank you Perez - Zerorez.

They did a good job with the vents in the house.

The dryer vent wasn't cleaned out. The first time we used the dryer.....a lot of lint came out of the dryer vent. They should at least have the dryer running while cleaning the vent so the air will push the lint out if they are not going to vacuum out the lint.

We are first time homebuyers who bought an house built in 1950 and our inspector recommended cleaning our vents since there was mold growing on the furnace… so we went with ZeroRez just based on a simple Google search.
The crew was friendly, prompt and professional. They did an excellent job - so much so that the couple delivering our new couch at the same time, pointed out how how impressed they were based on the sounds of all the crud getting sucked up during the cleaning lol!
I haven’t experienced a vent cleaning before but I’m definitely going with ZeroRez again - I can breathe sooo much better now!

The two young men who came to clean my air ducts were outstanding. Very friendly and professional. They were all business and finished their work in no time. Showed me before and after pictures as well as some video. Appreciated their promptness and being very friendly. Would recommend for sure.

The two young gentlemen who came out exceeded the task and made us cry tears of joy with their knowledge support and caring. Carpet has never been professional cleaned and looks new. They also preformed tile cleaning and we ate dinner( five course meal ) off the floor. It was that clean! Dave and Brett will be on our speed dial from now on.

It was easy and quick to schedule and reschedule appointments. Customer service was available first call and very helpful. The service providers were very nice and professional.

Complaints:
1) I mentioned a discount when I scheduled the appointments. Rep said it was noted. When I received my invoice the discount was not applied so I had to call a the customer service to have the discount applied. Either the service providers didn't see the note and I didn't know to tell them onsite.

They did a good job and it looks and smells clean in our house after moving in.
