The technician returned to reclaen a couch where a stain came back after the first cleaning. I checked the couch immediately after claening and it looked great. Over 2 days a stain leached back? and I called zerorex and they sent the tech back to reclean the stain. It worked and looks great. Quick service and no charge. Good job!
