Fairly easy to determine what you need at a mostly reasonable price. If you can't the staff is willing to assist. The technicians are always phenomenal. This last week my technician went over what I'd ordered and I realized I didn't need one of the services, so he saved me quite a bit of money. Always courteous, respectful, pleasant technicians.

Zero Rez did a great job of cleaning our area rug, repairing needed spots, cut us a new pad, delivered it back, and then rolled it out with the pad and made sure it was satisfactory.
