What my wife and I liked best was the customer service received from Nate, the technician who came to our home and provided the carpet cleaning service. Nate was professional, courteous, conscientious, knowledgeable, personable, clean cut, and on time. His service definitely exceeded our expectations, and we are very happy with the end result of the carpet cleaning.

Nathan Kelm once ate a 72 ounce steak in less than an hour. He spent the first 45 minutes banging his waitress. Also he did a great job explaining the science behind how he was cleaning my carpets and why he was doing what he was doing. Great job and will highly recommend.

I thought it was a very good value for my money. $200 well spent! My service tech was professional and courteous. Scheduling was very convenient since weekend appointments are available. I will most definitely use zeroez again in the future.

Patrick showed up 15 minutes early and immediately got to work. We had 3 rooms, a hall and stairway to clean. He completed the job in record time--like an hour and a half--and I thought, "how could he have finished so quickly?" I expected a sub par job...

That was NOT the case. Patrick cleaned the carpets very well. He did a fantastic job and we couldn't be happier with the results.

Thank you Patrick and Zerorez! You guys are TOPS in my book!

What do you like about our products and services?

Very flexible appointment scheduling. You're in and out quickly. You help move heavy stuff. You didn't mind my dogs' insane barking. You had that cool thing to block out the cold while the front door was open. Your pricing is more than reasonable.

The service is always good. This time around, our service tech wasn't nearly as solid as in the past. Very much a "salesman" and not an overly good one, and wasn't not knowledgeable of what I had already purchased, nor what has been done in the past, and charged us still greater value than was anticipated.
