First off the Technician Nathan was very profesional, curteous, and extremley knowlewdgable regarding the "job at hand" which was wonderful. Secondly, during our conversations i discovered that Nathan is a Veteran, so kudos to Zerorez for hiring one of our numerous Vets upon returning from Active duty, which to me personally & profesionally is priority for private companys to address! The service was prompt as scheduled and I felt that the technicians were very informed about their job responsibilities and the products that Zerorez offers, I had one remaining stain after a cleaning (by Zerorez) and the technician that picked up my oriental rug sprayed the stain with your stain removing spray and the result was great! I ended up buying the stain spotter. I would definitely reccommend Zerorez and I will use your cleaning services in the future.

Juan and Nate were incredibly informative, polite and professional. In-and-out in about an hour and everything was perfect.

Nathan did a fabulous job. He is very knowledgeable and very thorough. He explained everything clearly. I will request him the next time I schedule an appt. We discussed Zero Stink and I knew I had some so he continued the cleaning process while I looked for it. It must have been very old because it wasn't clear in color and had some lumps so he told me to dump it and he was going to replace it. We both forgot. The next time someone is in my neighborhood, could they please drop off a bottle by leaving it inside my screen door and let me know since I go in and out through the garage.

On a side note, I always tell people Zerorez is the only company I use now.
