I recently had several rooms cleaned by Zerorez and the service was outstanding. I was given a window of time to expect the technician, and received notifications of arrival 15 minutes prior via e-mail, a call to my business phone, and a call to my home phone. The technician was very personable, knowledgeable and professional. As I had carpet stains courtesy of three dogs, I was advised as to the most cost-effective method of treating them, what further treatment was available, its cost, and advice as to when it would make more economic sense to replace the carpet.
The job - cleaning and treating stains on my sunroom carpet as well as cleaning a staircase and landing - was completed in little over an hour, and the carpeting looked as good as new. When I mentioned that I had run out of stain remover, I was given two bottles free of charge. Before leaving, the technician advised me to contact him once the carpet had dried if any odors recurred, and he would return and evaluate what further treatment would be advisable.
This has been my third experience with Zerorez and I will be a returning customer!
