The customer service representative I spoke with was helpful and friendly. She gave me an estimate, and that estimate was the exact price I paid. Our technician, Todd, was early!! He called on his way to my home and arrived earlier than scheduled, which was awesome! He went over our carpet before, during and after cleaning. He was very friendly and knowledgable. And the best part- our carpet looks FANTASTIC! The citrus smell of the cleaning product was pleasant as well.

I love that the carpet is not stiff,crunchy, and looks so good once it has dried. I especially like that I don't have to be concerned about harmful or irritating chemicals being used in my home. Steve and Jeff are professional and,though they,in no way rushed through my cleaning, I did appreciate that they were organized and efficient . They work well as a team.
