Not only was the carpet cleaned well, I was impressed with the protective devices placed on corners and doorways to protect from rub marking. The cloth "door panel" placed in the entry door is a clever way to keep the weather out while the door must be open for the hoses.

The method Zerorez uses to clean carpets in safe for my family. There was good communication every step of the appointment process. The technition was prompt, knowledgeable, hard working and easy to work with. After my appointment I know that my carpenter are cleaner (I can see it) and my home is fresher (I can feel it).

My carpets turned out great. Clean and fresh. No crunchiness like normal cleaning services. All of the stains were removed. The attendant was on time and the price quoted was exactly what I paid!
