I was very appreciative of the fact that you use only water. My carpet felt wonderful after you were here. I also appreciated how you and then the technician explained the service. He was very courteous, knowledgable and considerate as he worked in my home. I felt he was also very thorough, cleaning some spots several times to get them out.

No harsh chemicals and they were still able to get out all my VERY set in stains!
