Jaime Arrendondo was my technician. He was prompt. polite and did a great job on the carpet. He also moved and cleaned under a couch and chair that we did not expect him to move. This is the second time I have had zerorez come out to my home and I won't hesitate to call them the next time I want my carpets professionally cleaned.

The service was terrific! The gentleman was very nice and explained what he was going to do! And being a pet owner, I am glad they do not use chemicals on my carpets! I would highly recommend them!

Derek walked me through step be step the process, talked about each process answered my questions with extreme knowledge and I felt very comfortable with Derek. I was absolutely amazed how well the carpet turned out, it was like a different carpet. I will definitely recommend Zerorez to me friends& family and also Derek! I already have a couple people interested! Thank you Zerorez!!
