They make it very clear up front if there are certain carpet stains that they probably won't be able to get out-so No Surprises. Plus if their is an upgrade in pricing for whatever reason, one is told before the project begins Yes, I would use them again and I would recommend them to others.

Richard, who cleaned our carpets, did a great job! He was very attentive to both me and my husband throughout his time at our house. We are pleased with the result of the product, as well. At first, while Richard was cleaning, there was a light and pleasant smell of the cleansing product, yet it quickly dissipated. The humidity was low that summer day, so with the windows open and fans on the carpets, they dried well within the 24 hours after service. We are thankful for your good service and would call you back again in the future.
