Great job- carpet looks great and no sticky residue clinging to my shoes when I walk from the carpeted room to my wood floors. One old stain is still there, but a lot less noticeable now. I also had Zerorez come last summer and clean a light colored upholstered chair that is the “dog chair.” Over the years, my dog put a lot of wear and tear on the chair and Zerorez did a great job making the chair look good again. I watched them clean it and saw the dirt coming right out as they were doing it.

I have two suggestions for ZeroRez as a whole: First, add some kind of "see through" component to the cleaning mechanism so that customers and staff can see the "yuck" being cleaned out. I would have found that quite satisfying and persuasive about ordering future cleanings, and I suspect it would also motivate staff. Second, improve the "suction" so that carpets aren't quite as wet when staff is finished. It did dry in the 12 hours Richie had predicted, but it was wetter-than-anticipated during that time.
Overall, I'm very happy!
