Dylan was excellent! Answered all my questions. Took the time I needed to explain the process for me. Recognized that two of our chairs could be damaged by cleaning so suggested not doing those. One was a chair from my late mother in law so I very much appreciated his expertise. Dylan also put me at ease with the products being safe for our cats. Definitely will use Zerorez again!

Andre did a great job cleaning our carpets and getting out the pet stains. Drying went pretty quickly so that was nice too.

Zerorez is a competent professional service provider that delivers its services as promised and when promised.

To start, I loved the way both guys worked together, worked with me, were candid, and ... so much so ... they walked away with 4 rugs. I would also say the communication with your representative on the phone was more challenging with communication being misunderstood. I did convey that to the two guys who were at my home and am assured they'll bring my concerns back so staff can be further trained and developed.

Your request for feedback is a little premature. Trugs won't be brought back until next week, so I'd recommend you find away to sync these requests to final delivery of the product or service.

As for publicly sharing my name to promote ZEROREZ of MN, I'm open to that, and after the rugs are delivered. Just need to know what that looks like.

Prompt service and no chemical smell from the products

The technician was prompt, hardworking and professional. He worked very hard to get the soot stains out of the carpet but unfortunately was unable to. I think he felt really bad about it.
