We had several of our carpets cleaned on August 2. 2024. Kayla G was our tech and did an awesome job . Kayla answered all our questions. We were familiar with going through Zerorex. We definitely will have Zerorez do our carpets again.

The service tech Brett was very knowledgeable and helpful with recommendations and explaining how the process works and what to expect. Very hard working and personable throughout the whole process.
Cleaners were very helpful. They checked the area before beginning and gave me an idea of what I could reasonably expect as a result of the proposed process. I was pleasantly surprised by how spot free the worst areas turned out. I won't be replacing the carpet this year. Thank you.
