My service person was very friendly and provided me with an understanding of what he would be doing. He explained stains, and stain removal, offered additional services. He was very respectul, friendly (even at the end of the day), and worked efficiently.
Your technician was so personable and friendly, and very knowledgeable. He gave me lots of good information about other services you offer, without making me feel pressured to buy any (although I did take him up on the carpet protection and sent back a sheepskin rug to be cleaned!) He also helped me with a delivery, where the delivery guy was super cranky and demanded help to get my purchase into the garage. That was going way above and beyond!

the individual did a nice job of cleaning detailed oriented but as I was looking over the bill I noticed that we both forgot to mention the dryer duct that needs to be cleaned. It was included in bill statement as I was looking over the final billing statement I recieved in my email.
