The concept of chemical free is reason for using Zerorez but the service is always a deal breaker for me! My expectations are always that the serviceman do their best possible and not my being told upfront all that might not happen such as spots or such and leaving too many of my expectations low from the start! This was not the case in the experienced carpet cleaner and only a positive respectfull from the start and he worked very hard and did an outstanding job! Thank you !

I like the fact that Zerorez is chemical free and the process doesn't involve using a ton of water that saturates my carpet.
No soap or chemicals.
Communication was clear and thorough. The carpets look great, although a couple stains returned and I'm not sure what to do. Perhaps a written brochure to leave would help. I purchased the spray bottle and cleaner as recommended, but there are no clear written instructions. Your person told me a couple things that I can't remember very well.
