Jaime's professionalism and friendly presentation. He introduced himself upon arrival, and addressed us each by name when speaking to us. Nice. We reviewed the scope of work, and he went right to work. During the walk through Jaime explained what he did and even explained the limitations of the service he performed as they related to our carpet, traffic patterns, etc.

We'll look forward to using Zerorez again when needed, provided Jaime is the technician.

I like that the customer service staff are polite, professional and helpful. When you leave a message, they actually call you back in a timely manner. The carpet cleaning staff also provide a high level of customer service and do a great job explaining the work they do.

This is the third time I have used Zerorez - I love their way of cleaning carpet - with very little chemicals and no soapy products to collect dirt again. I had waited longer than usually to get my carpets cleaned and I was VERY impressed how well they were able to get out dirt and oil from my yellow lab with just their normal pretreating. I also paid for some extraction for pet accidents and was impressed with how well it turned out. I wasn't expecting perfection - but I think it is as close as it could get.
