Reed and Pete were my technicians. What I loved is that I was at work while they came out. I had someone meet them there, and Reed gave me updates before and after the cleaning. He gave me thorough instructions on my new filter; luckily he added that so that I got the biggest bang for my buck! And also told me when I should expect to do them again! Very good service! And my ducts look beautiful!

I have issues with pet urine/vomit and Zeroed exceeded my expectations. Our carpet is light beige and about 35 years old. It is a high quality carpet but is showing wear and tear after all these years. So, my expectation was just to clean it and your method just wowed us. Did all the stains come out? it was my first time. Didn't know what to expect. I recarpeted my one bedroom condo in 2001 exactly 15 years ago and never professionally cleaned it. There were spots I wanted removed and wasn't sure if you could do it. I would say 90% of them are gone. I'd like to try again and have you work on the rest. I was very satisfied.
