Jordan and Chris were real professionals and gentlemen. They did an excellent job of cleaning our living room, dining room and family room carpets. They clearly explained what they were going to do and honored the price that had been quoted when we made the appointment. No high pressure to make us buy additional services.

Zerorez was professional, clean and friendly. They don't use any chemicals while cleaning, so I felt like we could still breathe while cleaning. Chris, my technician was incredibly polite, but also knowledgable about his craft. I've never known anyone that gets so excited about the science behind cleaning carpeting and area rugs!
