It was nice that they didn't need a water hook up. They covered the front door so the cold air wouldn't come in. The technician wore shoe covers. He was very informative and not pushy with product suggestions. Very happy with the cleaning results.

The gentleman was very professional and he wanted to clean as good as he could. He actually cared about how the rugs turned out. He also did my kitchen (very small) but appreciated. He offered the spot treaters but at this time I could not afford more. So far the rugs look much better. Know more tommorow when they are all the way dry. He did the best he could.
The employee was very knowledgeable and friendly. He called 10 minutes before arrival and helped specialize the service to my needs.

You guys do the job right, simply. I've had other services come out in the past. We're impressed each time you guys come out. There have been small issues in the past, but everything is dealt with promptly and corrected. We will continue to use ZeroRez for carpet and air ducts!
