The guys (one was 'in training') that cleaned the carpets were great! They were very personable and honest. I read a lot of reviews prior to my service saying that there were 'hidden charges'. I didn't find that to be the case at all. They discussed everything with me and told me my total before they even started. I would definitely use zerorez again!

No chemicals and they were in and out in no time. Very polite and informative.
Service was excellent, very professional and knowledgeable. Sure glad we left the house for the weekend, after they were done (the carpets were soaked) Came out very clean. Sold us products for the dog accidents, had to only use once so far. Overall still pleased with the out come.

you use no scents or harsh chemicals. Marrying into a family where my in laws are highly scentitized to fragrances and chemical smells zerorez is the only company that we have found where my in laws can handle being in my house after the carpets have been cleaned.
